For technical support, include the product and refrigeration-unit rating plates, error code, readings and photos. This is faster than describing the room only by its approximate size.

• Phone is best when you want a quick sanity check before committing time to a full brief — for example, whether your space suits a chiller or a freezer.
• Contact form suits structured enquiries where you would rather fill in fields than compose an email.
• In person is for detailed specification meetings at the Wrocław office.
