Before you ask

How much does a catering cold room cost?

The smallest cold room costs from PLN 16,380 net with delivery (without floor; with floor PLN 18,200). With the cheapest matching unit: from PLN 24,350 net. A typical 7.4 m³ room (174 × 254 × 214 cm outside) costs PLN 28,770 net with delivery. We size the unit to the volume and to what you store; you can check the full price with the unit yourself in the 3D configurator, in 2 minutes.

How do I fit a cold room into a small back room?

Dimensions change in 200 mm steps, so the room is fitted to your space. Doors are 700 or 900 mm wide with reversible hinges, so the leaf opens left or right. The unit can sit on the wall, on the ceiling or outside the room (split).

Will the cold room meet HACCP requirements?

The room holds a steady temperature, and MTH units can be fitted with an optional Wi-Fi module for remote monitoring, so you can keep temperature records for your HACCP documentation. Panel surfaces are smooth and washable; AISI 304 stainless finish and hygienic skirting are available to order. The HACCP plan itself is the operator’s responsibility.

Will assembly stop my kitchen?

The panels join with cam-lock fasteners — no demolition, welding or wet work. A monoblock is charged at the factory, and a quick-connect split (2.5, 5 or 10 m) needs no F-gas certification. You assemble it yourself or with our crew.

Cold room or freezer — what does a restaurant need?

For fresh produce, a 0/+8 °C cold room with 80 mm panels. For frozen goods, a freezer: 100 mm down to −18 °C or 120 mm down to −25 °C. Both zones fit in one two-chamber room (cold + freezer) with a 100 mm partition.

What is the lead time?

Normally 6–8 weeks. The rooms are built at the MTH factory in Italy; delivery anywhere in Poland is included in the price.
