Essential information
| Item | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Application | What you store sets density, hygiene finish, and any regulatory tolerance (food, pharma, floristry, etc.). |
| Target temperature | The single biggest driver of panel thickness and refrigeration capacity. State the exact setpoint, not "cold". |
| Approximate size | Internal dimensions (L × W × H) or storage volume in m³ / peak kg. Drives panel count and unit selection. |
| Install location | City/region (ambient climate) and the room around it — heated building vs. unconditioned warehouse changes the load. |
| Timeline | When the room must be operational. Determines whether a standard or custom configuration fits your window. |
Helpful additional detail
Send these if you have them — each one removes an assumption and tightens the price:
- Size calculator results — dimensions, panel thickness, and estimated kW in one export.
- Site photos or a floor plan — reveals access, obstructions, and condenser routing.
- Ceiling height and delivery access — panels are large; we confirm they reach the install point.
- Electrical supply — single-phase (230 V) or three-phase (400 V). This constrains which refrigeration units apply.
- Floor type and condition — a level, sealed slab may allow the without-floor option (offered only on the Cold Room 80 mm configuration); freezers and uneven slabs need an insulated floor panel.
- Installation required? — supply-only, or supply plus assembly and commissioning.
If you would rather tick boxes than write an email, there are two printable forms. The English quotation request form walks through the five essentials above plus the helpful extras — calculator results, site conditions, floor type, electrical supply, and the services you need. The Algor configuration form on the last page of the Polish selection guide covers the configuration side instead: product stored, temperature range, panel thickness, internal dimensions, floor type, door type, finish, and extras. Both are ready to download.
