    Construction

Built for large spans and forklifts

    Ceiling support structure

From spans of about 2.5 m the ceiling needs assembly props or a separate structural check; in large rooms it rests on a support structure calculated by a qualified structural engineer — we settle its scope in the quote.

    Drive-on floor

A floor for trolleys: 4,000 kg static load.

    Sliding and high-speed doors

    Sliding for 20–50 openings/h, high-speed above 50/h — quoted on request, like non-standard sizes.

    Zones and units

Several temperature zones separated by partition walls; Daikin units sized to the volume.

    Questions

    Before you ask

How large can the room be?

    We build rooms to measure — up to 20 × 8 × 4 m.

When is a ceiling support structure needed?

From ceiling spans of about 2.5 m the panels need assembly props or a separate structural check. In large warehouse rooms the ceiling rests on a support structure calculated by a qualified structural engineer; we settle its scope in the quote, based on the floor plan.

How long does the quote take?

We take requests 24/7 and contact you within a few hours. We prepare a preliminary quote from the floor plan — we give its date in the first reply, because it depends on the size and the number of zones — and the offer after the site visit.

Do you build inside an existing hall?

Yes — the room is modular and stands inside the hall. It needs a level floor with load capacity checked by a structural engineer, air exchange in the hall, at least 40 cm free above the room and 5 cm at the sides and rear. Not in hazardous (ATEX) areas.

    Who installs the room?

We deliver the room and arrange installation — or prepare it for self-assembly. Split units are fitted by a certified installer; we agree the installation date with you.

    What is the lead time?

We give the date in the offer — it depends on the room size, the support structure and the number of zones. Standard catalogue rooms take 6–8 weeks.
